Life Expeditions Counseling currently offers telehealth appointments for teens and adults.

During your first session with Life Expeditions Counseling, I'll ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

A counseling session with Life Expeditions Counseling typically lasts for 55 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

Self-pay

I charge $150 for 45 minute sessions and $200 for 60-90 minute sessions. 

If these prices are not manageable, I am open to using a sliding scale fee based on your income or provide other resources that may be more affordable.
